Conditions of stay

Rates

The rates are per day and person inclusive of half board (minimum 3 days) and the following services:

• Overnight stay
• Breakfast buffet
• Dinner
• Ski room
• Bicycle storage room
• Private car park/underground car park
• Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath (closed on Saturdays)
• Solarium for a fee
• If the bed and breakfast option is chosen, the price of half-board will be reduced by 5 Euros

Extra charges:

• A surcharge of Euro 10.00 on the daily rate applies for a one-night stay.
• Full board: surcharge of Euro 20.00 per person
• Extra charge for single use of a double room of Euro 30.00 per day.
• Extra charge for single room: Euro 7.50 per day.

Reductions:

• Rate for children up to 2 years in a cot from Euro 16.00 to Euro 26.00 per day
• Children from 2 to 4 years on an extra bed: -60%
• Children from 4 to 8 years on an extra bed: -50%
• Children from 8 to 12 years on an extra bed: -35%
• Reduction for adults and children over age 12 on an extra bed: -25%

Arrival / Departure

• The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be made available by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
• For late arrivals or early departures we charge for the entire period booked.

Booking / Deposit

• The booking is considered firm after receipt of a deposit of Euro 150.00 per person to be paid via bank transfer, click to pay or postal cheque.
• In the event of a booking cancellation the full deposit will be withheld.
